








Microsoft were looking to run an ISV (independent software vendor) B2B event series. The events to be cobranded between Microsoft, the ISV and potentially one of their customers. The motive for the event is for Microsoft’s partner ISV’s to walk the audience in the room through what their products are and the successes they’ve had in the market, along with one of their high profile customers also presenting on their successes with that ISV, plus a Q&A at the end. The event would include an experience, with some ability to touch and feel the ISV solution in a fun way. The brief was to develop an overarching event identity and tagline that communicates to the target audience what the event is about and what they will gain from attending. This should be fun, inspiring and within the Microsoft guidelines. Name, creative concept and animation were developed by myself. The concept is based on the a network. A network of ideas, of people, of discussions and of forward thinking business solutions. The name advance is both a call to action and a motivational word, suggesting that through this series of talks and showcases business can be propelled in the right direction.
